Printing With Muffin Tins, Legos, and Other Stuff...

The inspiration for this post is from two very artsy blogs: The Artful Parent and TinkerLab! We combined printing with muffin tins, legos, toy muffin tins, and egg cartons. We really had a great time! This kept us busy for a long time and left a wonderful mess!!!!

First, we got together all of our muffin tins, legos, and egg cartons.

We actually added smaller legos too!

Get some paint, brushes, paper, and start printing!

My daughter loved just adding all the paint to the items!!! (almost too much!!)
She needed a little help when flipping the tins and legos.
Mini muffin tins were cool to try!

We did a lot of overlapping and lots of colors!  I think they turned out so FANTASTIC!!!!!

  4. Beautiful - and I agree, sometimes the mess left afterwards can look as good as the artwork, and just inspires you off in another direction!
